  • Financial Advisor to the Official Committee of Tort Claimants in the Imerys Talc America, Inc., et al. bankruptcy in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. (Teamed with GlassRatner Advisory & Capital Group, LLC to lead the analysis of intercompany transactions, identification of potential causes of action, if any, and assist counsel with requests for production of documents/data and document management system protocol.)

  • Consultant to a Liquidating Trustee to provide financial forensic and valuation consulting services in a FINRA arbitration proceeding

  • Financial Advisor to a Chapter 11 Debtor-in-Possession to examine actions of a managing agent

  • Financial Advisor to a Chapter 13 Trustee to examine potential fraudulent transfers

  • Financial Advisor to a Chapter 7 Trustee to examine transactions between and among a holding company, subsidiaries and related entities
