About Us

Gould Consulting Services was founded to assist counsel and their clients to understand complex financial and business valuation issues in a variety of disputed matters by listening, evaluating the facts and documents produced in the case, and explaining our findings and opinions clearly and in a practical manner.

 

Independence, quality, integrity and responsiveness are the cornerstones of our business.  Because of our diverse experience, we are able to think “outside-the-box” – an important attribute for forensic accountants.

Leanne Gould has over 25 years of experience in forensic accounting, business valuation, and bankruptcy consulting having held senior management positions with national financial advisory and bankruptcy boutique accounting firms and the Investigations & Dispute Services practice of a “Big Four” accounting firm.  She has provided expert reports and testimony in matters before U.S. Bankruptcy Courts, U.S. District Courts, State Courts and arbitration hearings.

She earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration from the University of Buffalo. Prior to beginning her consulting career, Leanne worked in medical device manufacturing in new product development and strategic planning and administration. This base of knowledge provides Leanne with the unique ability to understand her client’s business and relate to her client’s business needs.

Leanne is a licensed CPA in Georgia, an Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) of the American Society of Appraisers and is Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) and Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) by the AICPA.

She is an avid gravel and road cyclist, a virtual race team captain on Zwift (e-cycling) and enjoys traveling in her campervan, photography and cooking. 

Leanne is a Catalyst Society Member of the Atlanta Women's Foundation.  The Atlanta Women's Foundation provides funding and other resources to support nonprofits that provide programs to women and girls to help them break the cycle of poverty.  As the only public foundation in Georgia dedicated solely to women and girls, AWF has invested more than $27 million into over 300 Atlanta area nonprofit organizations. www.atlantawomen.org.
